Senior Telephony Engineer
We are looking for a Senior Telephony Engineer who will be part of the IT Department – Shared Services under Dialer and Telephony Systems. The Senior Telephony Engineer is responsible for designing, maintaining and implementing technical point of view and solutions based on customer specifications, internal initiatives, product definition, integration of network elements, protocols, methods and tools necessary to maintain current and new omni channels solutions.
Responsibilities;
- Work to maintain, operate, upgrade voice systems in a multi-vendor environment.
- Implement and monitor the performance of the call center systems and software, ensuring the efficiency of the telecommunication network.
- Work closely with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues.
- Design call flow, implement IVR and other omni solutions for cloud telephony.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for cloud telephony solutions.
- Stay up to date to current trend on cloud telephony solutions.
- Provide Technical guidance and mentorship to junior members.
Requirements;
- Must be a graduate of Information Technology; preferred Computer Science and Computer Engineering with basic knowledge in High-Level Programing.
- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience working with Dialer and Telephony Systems in a large scale BPO setup
- Experience in working with Cloud Telephony Build and initial Setup
- Knowledge in Vici Dial and Brightpattern Omni Cloud Dialer
- Expertise with IP Telephony (SIP), VOIP/PBX, and Video Conferencing
- Has leadership skills
- Has understanding of data privacy and cybersecurity standards
- Willing to work onsite
