Social Media Manager

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our Operations Team.
Responsibilities
- Communicates directly to the client
- Design and deliver creative and engaging social media strategies
- Manage the day-to-day handling of social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and other channels as directed by Client.
- Perform similar services as directed by Client
- Create and/or coordinate original and engaging multimedia content across multiple social platforms.
- Monitor and track all link building activities
- Manage a database of all content in production
- Identify and reach out to fishkeeping content
- Write and send all email blasts on a regular basis
- Reply to customer service emails with links and useful info
- Come up with community building ideas and implement them
- Research behaviors, trends, news, articles, apps, and other great content that they find in a short weekly update along with recommended action steps
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 Months experience as a Social Media Manager
- Experience in any Graphic Design platform is a MUST (Photoshop, Canva, Affinity, etc)
- Team Player
- Can work with less supervision
- Excellent communication skills – Verbal and Written
