Liquidation Specialist

Our company is looking for a Liquidation Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 6-12 months of experience in banking operations within the BPO industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or experience working with other CRM systems is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in processing financial transactions and maintaining records.
  • Experience in data entry, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
  • Strong mathematical skills, capable of performing basic calculations and reconciling financial data.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English Communications Skills
  • Experience with Property Management, HOA and Utility Management is a plus
  • Strong Organizational Skills, task oriented
  • Ability to accept instructions and be accountable for a tasks from start to finish
