Outbound/Inbound Sales Representative

We are looking for an Outbound/Inbound Sales Representative to join our Team. 

Responsibilities:

• Dialing outbound leads for selling focused products
• Received inbound calls for sales inquiry
• Keep accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system
• Follow up with customers after each call to ensure their needs are being met
• Stay up-to-date on all product and service changes
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions when needed
• Assist other team members with their sales calls when needed

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum of 6 months experience in Inbound or Outbound Sales related or similar to home warranty plans
• Sales experience in a call center environment is a must
• Excellent English speaking language skills
• Strong attention to details
• Strong commitment
