DISPATCH SPECIALIST

What you’ll do:

Review and Audit vendor completed work orders for necessary documents

Review and Audit Vendor invoices for accuracy

Review vendor estimate to assess for appropriate scope or work and pricing

Triage reported property management concerns (ER vs NON ER)

Calls and dispactch vendors to residence

 

What you’ll have:

Must have background in Maintenance Processes

Strong Organizational Skills, task oriented

Ability to accept instructions and be accountable for a tasks from start to finish

Excellent English Communications Skills
