Facility Maintenance

We are looking for Facility Maintenance to join our team.

Building Maintenance Support: 

• Responsible in the supervision of all maintenance and engineering work related activities. Reports work progress/status to the Building Maintenance Head. 
• Performs duties like electrical, mechanical, aircon repair, plumbing and carpentry; reports progress/status of his work to the SFM. 
• Responsible in conducting daily vehicle maintenance and secures the safety of the staffs on road. 
• Performs different task as ordered by immediate supervisor/management. 

Property Management Support: 

• Records all Incoming Newly Purchased items of the company. 
• Preserve the useful life of equipment; avoid premature equipment failure and minimize any impact on operational requirement. 
• Maintain inventory of supplies, stocks and equipment accurate. 
• Tagging of all New delivered Equipment’s. 
• Check inventory of supplies, stocks and equipment every month. 
• Control all Company Property movement and monitoring of property location.
