Outbound Specialist/Admin

We are looking for Outbound Specialist / Admin to join our team.

Responsibilities;

  • Utilize your expertise in data processing and email management to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Collaborate with agents to update emails with approved notes and declined applications, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Take ownership of updating and sending notices for declined applications, maintaining professionalism and adherence to established guidelines.

Qualifications;

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in the BPO industry or a solid sales background within a BPO environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal team members.
  • Proficiency in submitting application forms through lender portals, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong data processing skills to efficiently handle large volumes of information.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
