Junior Closer

We are looking for Junior Closer to join our team. As a Junior Closer with a sales focus, your primary responsibility will be to assist in finalizing transactions and agreements in our ERC program while actively engaging with clients. You will work closely with on-shore closers, following up with clients, building client relationships, and utilizing sales skills to ensure a seamless process.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and educate them on the benefits of our ERC program.
• Actively follow up with clients to collect any missing documents or information required for the program.
• Establish and nurture strong client relationships, providing personalized support throughout the process.
• Collaborate closely with on-shore closers to coordinate the transaction process and address client concerns.
• Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections, negotiate terms, and guide clients through the agreement.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, ensuring efficient and effective communication.
• Assist on-shore closers in reviewing documents for compliance and completeness.
• Support on-shore closers in any additional tasks related to finalizing agreements.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience or a strong aptitude for sales and relationship-building.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple client interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and follow instructions from on-shore closers.
• Proficient computer skills and willingness to learn relevant software applications.
