We are looking for Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team.
Job Description:
- Prepares periodic reports to government institutions.
- Administers employee benefits and services (statutory and
company driven).
- Liaise with government agencies to ensure statutory
compliance.
- Ensure compliance to compensation and benefits practices set
forth by law and by the company.
- Provide assistance to the Global Payroll Manager to initiate
yearly team goals.
- Coordinate, cooperate, and participate actively toward
achieving Department’s goals.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as directed by the Chief Human Resource Officer and/or Global Payroll Manager.
Qualifications:
- Possess college degree preferably major in Accountancy or
Business-related course.
- At least having a functional experience in compensation and
benefits.
- Savvy in MS applications.
- Proficient in English communication skills, both oral and
written.
- Keen attention to details and highly organized.
- High integrity. No record of fraud, malversation, or misappropriation.
