Training Manager

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates seamless delivery of training requirements in a BPO Telco space.
• Consults and collaborates with all levels of support to understand their training requirements.
• Communicate with internal and external teams throughout the project lifecycle on training items.
• Effectively manage the training logistics such as trainer deployment, technologies, and classroom assignment, etc.
• Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
• Develop training materials and agendas that target tangible results.
• Implement effective and purposeful training methodologies - Socratic Method, Adult Learning & Gamification.
• Assess trainers' skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
• Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices.
• Elevate training standards by showcasing capabilities upholding.

Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum of one (1) year Telco and Sales experience is a plus.
• Experience in client engagement Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Training Manager or three (3) years’ experience as Training Supervisor.
• Amenability to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and Philippine holidays (when needed)
• Microsoft Suite proficient (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Email)
• Instructional Design Skills Experience in formulating Training Needs Analysis (TNA) basis ADDIE principle
• Understanding of Adult Learning Principles
