Responsibilities:
- Researching organizations web sites and individuals to find new opportunities
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
- Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business
- Collaborate with sales and account management team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
- Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
- Train junior salespeople to improve sales goals and meet expectations
- Developing quotes, proposals, and contracts for clients
Skills and Requirements:
- At least college level
- Impeccable phone skills (B2C / B2B)
- About 2-3 years of proven sales experience in business or a related area
- Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
- Be proactive, organized and handle work under stressful and uncertain environments
- Excellent comprehension skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely
- Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements, such as using software programs and machines
- Knowledgeable in navigating and using LinkedIn and other tools or sites for lead mining
- Able to multitask and handle different levels of workload
- Willing to work during holidays, weekends, and whenever client demands
- Excellent team player and coachable
