Telco Quality Manager

Qualifications:

1. Must have a minimum of 1 year experience managing a Telco

2. Must have experience in weekly/monthly business reviews

3. Conduct regular coaching to Quality Analyst and Quality Supervisor

4. Must be able to facilitate call calibrations, call listening sessions & huddles with all levels of management. Assist in call selection and facilitation of calibrations.

5. Prepare and help lead the bi-weekly TQA review and monthly review with CEO.

6. Assist in creating QA Playbook and making sure QA process is in place

7.Must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and strong analytical skills

8. Open to QA Supervisors as long as they are meeting the qualifications mentioned above

9. We are opening this for internal and external applicants who meet the qualifications

10. This is an onsite position and will be assigned to our Tacloban site
