JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Communicates directly to the client
- Job Posting in FB and in their Recruiting Portal
- Reply to comments from FB and Recruitment Portal Post
- Send employee onboarding documents- send to the employee to be filled out.
- Zoho recruit (posting and keeping up to date) close out completed req’s
- Schedule interviews with managers, collect notes - the managers will turn in notes.
- Send background checks and record results
- When recruiting is not happening, it would be general admin work- create credit forms
- Help clean up and organize CRM, Create Agenda, Run GM KPI’s (report)
- Actively participate in AOS Chat
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Computer savvy - can multi-task, can troubleshoot and detailed oriented
- Team Player
- Can work with less supervision
- Excellent communication skills - Verbal and Written
