JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Communicates directly to the client
  • Job Posting in FB and in their Recruiting Portal
  • Reply to comments from FB and Recruitment Portal Post
  • Send employee onboarding documents- send to the employee to be filled out.
  • Zoho recruit (posting and keeping up to date) close out completed req’s
  • Schedule interviews with managers, collect notes - the managers will turn in notes.
  • Send background checks and record results
  • When recruiting is not happening, it would be general admin work- create credit forms
  • Help clean up and organize CRM, Create Agenda, Run GM KPI’s (report)
  • Actively participate in AOS Chat
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Computer savvy - can multi-task, can troubleshoot and detailed oriented
  • Team Player
  • Can work with less supervision
  • Excellent communication skills - Verbal and Written
