Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

  • Identify key talent for permanent, contract-to-hire or contract positions for Trinity IT customers
  • Collaborate with Trinity leadership to prioritize positions by client to source for
  • Collaborate with Trinity leadership to identify the responsibilities and qualifications for each role
  • Work with existing team to train and develop recruiting skills and tactics
  • Utilize multiple platforms to recruit including but not limited to LinkedIn, Dice, and Indeed

 

Qualifications

  • Experienced IT Recruiter
  • Ideally 2-3 years' experience in IT recruitment roles
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Client centric mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities
  • Detail Oriented
