Job Overview:
As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for contributing innovative ideas to a company and its future growth within the Healthcare Industry. Your job is to conduct market research and analyze their company’s current products and services to determine necessary adjustments for increased customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in Healthcare (Provider) or related industry, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and developing successful sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a lead to customer cycle that allows you to exceed your sales and revenue target
- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
- Build and drive direct sales activities
- Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition
- Contribute to business development
- Execute outbound campaigns and activities
- Creating email, cold calling campaigns direct to consumer
- Utilize data mining and industry events to help with successful generation of leads
- Establishing discovery meetings for internal sales team
- Execute on follow up and closure of lead opportunities
- Pipeline and forecasting management through CRM
- Develop client portfolio
- Contribute to co-marketing campaigns
- At all times remain updated with competition
- Adhere to effective leads campaigns to generate new business
- Present sales leads and new client opportunities to the internal sales team for review

Competencies and Experience
- Excellent English-speaking language skills
- Minimum 1-2 years of a-carrying experience generating pipeline and selling with or through partners.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of Healthcare vertical.
- Ability to work under daily/weekly deadlines in a fast-changing work environment.
- A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.
- Credibility in selling at all levels and evidence of building strong relationships.
- Consultative or value-selling experience preferable.
- Driven and competitive with a strong desire to overachieve.
- Curious, coachable, and willing to learn.
- Passion for increasing customer happiness and deepening customer relationships
- Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor.
