Quality Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION/QUALIFICATION
Conduct Quality monitoring of programs
Conduct call calibrations, agent feedback & huddles
Participate
in bi-weekly TQA review and readouts
Reports to the Quality Manager
Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year Telco experience
Open to internal and external applicants
Internal applicants must be regularized/with at least 6 months tenure in VSS
Must have excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills
This is an onsite position and the QAs will be assigned in Tacloban
Interviews will be conducted by Allyn Selario/Vonn Bautista then final interview with Anton Bongco
