Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Operational activities and processes
  • Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity
  • Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives
  • Ensure operational activities remain on time and meeting KPIs
  • Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
Skills and Requirements:

  • Excellent management skills, negotiation and decision-making skills
  • 3 years minimum experience as Ops Manager
  • Proven business leader with 7+ years of experience in customer support strategy
  • Demonstrated success in using data to make customer-obsessed decisions and drive behavior change in support organizations
