Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
- Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization
- Develop, implement, and maintain Operational activities and processes
- Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity
- Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives
- Ensure operational activities remain on time and meeting KPIs
- Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
Skills and Requirements:
- Excellent management skills, negotiation and decision-making skills
- 3 years minimum experience as Ops Manager
- Proven business leader with 7+ years of experience in customer support strategy
- Demonstrated success in using data to make customer-obsessed decisions and drive behavior change in support organizations
