Trainer

Responsibilities: 

•  Manage Product Training delivery in any program
•  Support program ramp 
•  Partner with program stakeholders 
•  Manage LMS and create training modules  
•  Collaborate with Quality Team in executing training interventions 
•  One will be based in Tacloban site. He/ She will be reporting to the Training Managers 
•  Will be supporting multiple programs.

Skills and Requirements:

•  Minimum 1 year Trainer/ Teaching experience 
•  Must be keen to details and documentation
•  Experience in Virtual and/or Brick and Mortar Training
•  Facilitation and Classroom Management Skills
•  Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
•  Microsoft Suite proficient (Word, Excel and Power point)
•  Instructional Design Skills
•  Understanding of Adult Learning Principles
