Additional Trainer - Telco

Responsibilities: 

  •  Manage Product Training delivery for Telco Programs
  •  Support program ramp
  •  Partner with program stakeholders
  •  Manage LMS and create training modules
  •  Collaborate with Quality Team in executing training interventions
  •  He or she will be based in Tacloban site. Both will be reporting to the Training Managers


Skills and Requirements:

  •  At least 1 year BPO Telco (Billing, Internet, Cable, Phone and Mobile Device) experience is a MUST.
  •  Must be keen to details and documentation
  •  Knowledge in the Telco Industry
  •  Minimum 1 year Sales experience (OB/IB, cross selling/upselling)
  •  Should be: Minimum 1 year Trainer experience
  •  Experience in Virtual and/or Brick and Mortar
  •  Training Facilitation and Classroom Management Skills
  •  Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
  •  Microsoft Suite proficient (Word, Excel and Power point)
  •  Instructional Design Skills
  •  Understanding of Adult Learning Principles
