Additional Trainer - Telco

Responsibilities:
- Manage Product Training delivery for Telco Programs
- Support program ramp
- Partner with program stakeholders
- Manage LMS and create training modules
- Collaborate with Quality Team in executing training interventions
- He or she will be based in Tacloban site. Both will be reporting to the Training Managers
Skills and Requirements:
- At least 1 year BPO Telco (Billing, Internet, Cable, Phone and Mobile Device) experience is a MUST.
- Must be keen to details and documentation
- Knowledge in the Telco Industry
- Minimum 1 year Sales experience (OB/IB, cross selling/upselling)
- Should be: Minimum 1 year Trainer experience
- Experience in Virtual and/or Brick and Mortar
- Training Facilitation and Classroom Management Skills
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Microsoft Suite proficient (Word, Excel and Power point)
- Instructional Design Skills
- Understanding of Adult Learning Principles
