Quality Analyst

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Quality monitoring of programs
  • Conduct call calibrations, agent feedback & huddles
  • Participate in bi-weekly TQA review and readouts
  • Reports to the Quality Manager
  • Can facilitate training classes

Skills and Requirements:
  • At least 1 year experience as a Quality Analyst in the BPO industry
  • Must have excellent communications skills and strong analytical skills
  • Willing to be assigned in Ormoc - Carlosta Site and should be an internal hire from PMDS as per client.
