Quality Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Conduct Quality monitoring of programs
- Conduct call calibrations, agent feedback & huddles
- Participate in bi-weekly TQA review and readouts
- Reports to the Quality Manager
- Can facilitate training classes
Skills and Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience as a Quality Analyst in the BPO industry
- Must have excellent communications skills and strong analytical skills
- Willing to be assigned in Ormoc - Carlosta Site and should be an internal hire from PMDS as per client.
