Trainers- Financial

Responsibilities:


  •  Facilitates new hire class in multiple programs across all sites
  •  Supports program ramp
  •  Partners with program stakeholders in meeting the training requirements and initiatives
  •  Manages LMS and create training modules
  •  Collaborates with Quality Team in executing training interventions
  •  Persistent and resilient in the face of challenges


Requirement and skills:


  •  At least 1 year BPO Financial (Billing, Financial Claims, Fin Tech, and Banking) experience is a MUST
  •  Must be keen to details and documentation
  •  Knowledge in the Financial Industry
  •  Should be: Minimum 1 year Trainer experience
  •  Experience in Virtual and/or Brick and Mortar
  •  Training Facilitation and Classroom Management Skills
  •  Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
  •  Have experience in running training interventions like refreshers
  •  Microsoft Suite proficient (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  •  Instructional Design Skills
  •  Understanding of Adult Learning Principles
