Site Director

Responsibilities: 

• Providing strong leadership and direction to the site's team, which may include supervisors, department heads, and other employees. Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring efficient use of resources
• Developing and implementing long-term strategies and goals for the site that align with the organization's overall objectives. This may involve forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the site against key performance indicators (KPIs) and taking corrective actions as needed to achieve targets and improve efficiency
• Identifying and nurturing talent within the team, providing training and development opportunities, and fostering a positive work culture that encourages growth and teamwork
• Managing the site's billable hours and monitoring site engagement funds
• Serving as a liaison between the site and upper management, providing regular updates, and reporting on site activities, progress, and challenges
• Being prepared to handle emergencies or unexpected situations that may arise at the site

Skills and Requirements: 

• At least 3 years industry experience in a similar role (3 years site management experience) 
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business or other applicable field of expertise 
• Experience building highly functional, high performing teams
