Qualifications:

• Above basic level of understanding of mortgage concepts
• Knowledge of mortgage origination documents
• Utilizing multiple systems such as: Lakewood, EDMS, Assurant and Black knight – (Additional Skills)
• Review the loan for Address validation, Hazard Insurance, run reports in Lakewood, Assessing Credit report & Pay History
• Ability to review and reply to emails as required by the process
• Meet a productivity level of 100 % per day
• Maintain 95% on quality scores
• Maintain a schedule adherence of 90% and above
• Ability to review and update excel reports
• Login as per the defined shift schedules
• Mandatory good communication and computer literacy skills
