Quality Analyst

Skills and Requirements:
- Candidate will be assigned to Frontdoor
- Sales background is a plus
- Open to internal and external applicants
- Internal applicants must be regularized/with at least 6 months tenure in VSS
- Must have excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills
- Conduct quality monitoring/audits of programs
- Provide quality insights and to send regular reports of completed audits
- Can facilitate call calibrations, agent feedback & huddles
- Participate in bi-weekly TQA review and readouts
- Reports to the Quality Manager
