Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 year experience as a Team Leader in the BPO Industry
• Excellent Communication and Leadership skills
• Can Manage Retention and Attrition
• Can drive and meet account specific KPI's
• Good Client Relations Management
• Preferably with Outbound Sales or Mortgage experience
