Front End Collections Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Collect payments from customers with accounts overdue by 1-120 days
- Establish and manage payment arrangements with customers to facilitate debt repayment
- Assist customers with inquiries related to payment setup and various payment methods
- Explain the nature of charges and the reasons for contacting customers regarding overdue accounts
Requirements and Skills:
- At least 3-6 months experience in BPO CSR (mix of outbound and inbound)
- At least college level
- Preferably those who worked in financial campaigns (Collections)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel and computer
- Able to multi-task
