Responsibilities:
- Engage with eligible households to explain the benefits of the Federal Communications Commission's Affordable Connectivity Program
- Build and maintain relationships with program participants, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the application process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline program operations, ensuring seamless application submission and verification procedures
- Manage and govern program accounts, adhering to program guidelines and ensuring accurate documentation
- Work closely with eligible households to address any inquiries, concerns, or technical issues related to the program's offerings
- Leverage your strong communication skills to convey program details clearly and professionally to participants
- Stay updated on program updates, changes, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to participants
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven track record in Business Process Outsourcing with a focus on client communication, relationship management, and program implementation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and connections with program participants
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple program accounts concurrently
- Passion for technology and staying informed about industry trends
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving program requirements
