Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute business development strategies that align with company goals
  • Identify and engage potential clients and partners within the technology and staffing sectors
  • Cultivate relationships through various communication channels, including in-person meetings, emails, and calls
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that showcase the value of Axis M&A's services
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
  • Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings to expand your professional network
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and opportunities within the CRM system
  • Collaborate with M&A Brokers, finance professionals, and executive consultants to support successful deal negotiations and closures


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
  • Strong understanding of the technology and staffing industries, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to attend industry events and travel as required
