Front End Collections Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Collect payments from customers with accounts overdue by 1-120 days
  • Establish and manage payment arrangements with customers to facilitate debt repayment
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to payment setup and various payment methods
  • Explain the nature of charges and the reasons for contacting customers regarding overdue accounts


Requirements and Skills:

  • At least 3-6 months experience in BPO CSR (mix of outbound and inbound)
  • At least college level
  • Preferably those who worked in financial campaigns (Collections)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and computer
  • Able to multi-task
