AI Leader - Transformative Technology and Innovation

Responsibilities:

  • AI Transformation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive AI transformation strategy for VSS, aimed at harnessing AI and emerging technologies to optimize operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive business growth
  • Departmental AI Integration: Lead and guide various departments within VSS in adopting AI solutions to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and innovation across the organization
  • Software Development: Drive the conceptualization, design, and development of AI-powered software solutions that align with VSS's strategic goals and industry trends
  • Technology Leadership: Be the driving force behind technological advancements in the BPO industry. Stay abreast of the latest AI trends, tools, and techniques, and guide the organization in staying at the forefront of innovation
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, business analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless implementation of AI initiatives
  • Change Management: Implement effective change management strategies to facilitate the smooth adoption of AI technologies and processes across the organization
  • Thought Leadership: Establish yourself as a thought leader in AI by participating in industry conferences, publishing articles, and presenting insights on AI's impact on BPO operations

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field.  Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
  • Proven experience in leading AI initiatives, digital transformation, and software development projects
  • Strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, data analytics, and AI strategy
  • Demonstrated success in driving innovation and change within complex organizational structures
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C, C++
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the BPO industry is advantageous but not mandatory
