Outbound Sales Representatives

Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Conduct research to identify potential leads and targets in the staffing/recruiting industry. Use various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media, to initiate contact and introduce our services
- Lead Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their pain points, needs, and challenges. Assess whether our solutions align with their requirements and qualify them as potential opportunities
- Services Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our services, the benefits, and competitive advantages. Articulate this knowledge effectively to prospects to demonstrate expertise and build credibility
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with potential customers through consistent and thoughtful communication. Maintain regular follow-ups to stay top-of-mind and address any concerns or questions
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas by effectively managing your pipeline, progressing leads to set meetings with senior team
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with prospects in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt your sales strategies and approaches accordingly
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to share insights, gather feedback, and collectively contribute to the company's growth strategies
Skills and Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships over the phone or through digital channels
- Excellent active listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs and pain points
- Persuasive and persistent attitude with the ability to handle objections and rejections gracefully
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools to manage leads and track progress
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and openness to feedback for continuous improvement
- A customer-centric approach with a genuine passion for helping customers solve their problems
- Basic knowledge of the industry and market trends related to our products/services
- Experience with Excel
