Responsibilities:

Review and score applications for compliance with internal policies and procedures
Evaluate application details including, but not limited to, background checks, credit checks, income information, and eviction history
Verify pet information on applicable applications
Advocate on behalf of customers internally
Identify missing documentation and work with applicants to collect information in a timely manner

Skills and Requirements:

Understanding of basic math (calculating pro-rated rent, etc)
Experience with Property Management, hospitality, and utility management is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to accurately implement screening measures on every application
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with financial documentation (reviewing paystubs, income docs, etc.)
Experience in a compliance-related environment, field, or position is a plus
