Data Entry Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input data
  • Ensure data quality       
  • Manage emails and respond to inquiries
  • Handle customer care calls and chat support
  • Maintain records
  • Generate reports
  • Create one-pagers to include step-by-step instructions for each project
  • Assist with office tasks
  • Help with scheduling
  • Actively seek additional work if tasks are complete

Skills and Requirements:

  • Prior data entry/admin experience preferred
  • Proficiency in office software
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong English language skills
