Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data
- Ensure data quality
- Manage emails and respond to inquiries
- Handle customer care calls and chat support
- Maintain records
- Generate reports
- Create one-pagers to include step-by-step instructions for each project
- Assist with office tasks
- Help with scheduling
- Actively seek additional work if tasks are complete
Skills and Requirements:
- Prior data entry/admin experience preferred
- Proficiency in office software
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Strong English language skills
