Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Handle incoming calls, resolving customer queries and issues related to our home automation products.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Provide basic technical support and guide customers through setup and troubleshooting steps.
  • Sales Assistance: Aid customers in understanding our product offerings, identifying their needs, and suggesting suitable products or upgrades.
  • User Onboarding: Assist new customers in understanding how to get the most out of their HomeFi system.
  • Feedback Collection: Record customer feedback and share it with the product development team.


Skills and Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms including Gorgias, Recharge a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • High degree of adaptability and flexibility
