Quality Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Quality monitoring/audits of programs
  • Provide Quality insights and send regular reports of completed audits
  • Facilitate call calibrations, agent feedback & huddles
  • Participate in bi-weekly TQA review and readouts


Skills and Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 1 year experience supporting a Financial account
  • Open to internal applicants with financial background of at least 1 year
  • Internal applicants must be regularized/with at least 6 months tenure in VSS
  • No outstanding performance issues
  • Must have excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills
  • Will report to the Quality Manager
  • Successful QA hire will be assigned to Instant
