Health Nurse

Responsibilities:

• Answer patients' inquiries related to the clinic, affiliated providers, and/or services offered
• Scheduling and rescheduling patients with correct department (including laboratory procedures), appointment, and provider
• Submitting requests for prescription refills
• Processing requests for results
• Creating and submitting patient cases to coordinate with clinical staff and providers to clarify queries regarding procedures and other request from patients

Skills and Requirements:

• Must be a Philippine Licensed Nurse (PHRN) and willing to work on site
• Preferably with 6 months BPO healthcare scheduling experience
• Excellent communication and comprehension skills
• Computer literate, encoding, and word-processing
• Must be keen to details and notation
• Knowledge in insurance plans
• Must be able to read eligibility of benefits, denials
