Patient Service Representative

Responsibilities:
- Answer call inquiries from patients in a timely manner
- Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Patient Scheduling
Skills and Requirements:
- Experience in the Healthcare industry in a BPO set-up is a huge plus
- Medical course is huge a plus but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to relate to others
- Excellent interpersonal skills, genuinely friendly and approachable
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to identify, analyze, and resolve problems
