Patient Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Answer call inquiries from patients in a timely manner
  • Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Patient Scheduling

Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience in the Healthcare industry in a BPO set-up is a huge plus
  • Medical course is huge a plus but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to relate to others
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, genuinely friendly and approachable
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Able to identify, analyze, and resolve problems
