Medical Recruiting Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Provide support in finding the qualified candidates for vacant job positions
• Screen each resume carefully to shortlist the appropriate ones, based on the professional and personal credentials.
• Manage interview to figure out the matched qualities, before processing it to the key interview panel
• Assist the key panel in recognizing the key skills and competencies of the candidate to make the final selection of the candidate.

Skills and Requirements:

• Supervisor Level in the BPO industry, WITH or WITHOUT recruiting experience BUT with at least 6-12 months of supervisory role experience
• SMEs WITH recruiting experience of at least 12 months
• Agents that have 18-24 months of recruiting experience
• BPO RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE is a PLUS
• Excellent communication skills 
• Computer literate, encoding, and word-processing
• Must be keen to details and notation
• Able to multitask and handle different levels of workload
• Willing to work during holidays, weekends, and whenever client demands
• Excellent team player and coachable
