Client Support Trainer

Responsibilities:
  • Training: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for the fulfillment team, ensuring they are well-versed in company services, processes, and procedures
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of fulfillment team members to maintain the highest standards of service quality
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with management to identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Documentation: Create and update training materials, manuals, and resources to ensure the team has access to the most current information
  • Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to team members to support their professional development and growth
  • Compliance: Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies, regulations, and industry standards

Qualifications:
  • At least college level or senior high school graduate
  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a financial services or related industry
  • Strong understanding of company services and industry-specific knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance
  • Ability to adapt to changing processes and procedures
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities
