Responsibility:
- Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support to Account Executives, including contacting brokers via phone or email and diligently updating loan files when necessary.
- Document Management: Contribute to the meticulous collection, organization, and maintenance of mortgage-related documents, ensuring strict adherence to accuracy and compliance with both company and regulatory standards.
- Client Communication: Serve as the vital link between Account Executives and valued clients. This entails promptly responding to client inquiries, furnishing timely updates on loan applications, and upholding a standard of clear and professional communication throughout the entirety of the mortgage process.
- Data Entry: Execute precise data entry tasks, ensuring the accurate input of client information and application data into the company's systems. Your meticulous approach will guarantee data integrity and completeness.
Skills and Requirements:
