Learning and Development Trainer

Responsibilities:
  • Identify training needs in collaboration with departmental managers.
  • Design customized training programs aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Deliver engaging training via various methods (in-person, virtual, e-learning).
  • Develop and update training materials and content.
  • Administer assessments to measure program effectiveness.
  • Provide individual coaching for skill development.
  • Utilize the LMS for progress tracking and reporting.
  • Gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other L&D professionals and HR for alignment with company goals.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to collaborate with departments to determine training needs 
  • Experienced in delivering both in-person and virtual training
  • Skills in creating and updating training content
  • Proficient in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
  • Experience with one-on-one coaching
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems 
  • Capable of adapting based on feedback
  • Knowledge of training-related legal requirements
  • Keeps up-to-date with L&D industry trends Comfortable working alongside HR and other teams
