Learning and Development Trainer

Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs in collaboration with departmental managers.
- Design customized training programs aligned with organizational objectives.
- Deliver engaging training via various methods (in-person, virtual, e-learning).
- Develop and update training materials and content.
- Administer assessments to measure program effectiveness.
- Provide individual coaching for skill development.
- Utilize the LMS for progress tracking and reporting.
- Gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with other L&D professionals and HR for alignment with company goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to collaborate with departments to determine training needs
- Experienced in delivering both in-person and virtual training
- Skills in creating and updating training content
- Proficient in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
- Experience with one-on-one coaching
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems
- Capable of adapting based on feedback
- Knowledge of training-related legal requirements
- Keeps up-to-date with L&D industry trends Comfortable working alongside HR and other teams
