Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Provide support in finding the qualified candidates for vacant job positions
- Screen each resume carefully to shortlist the appropriate ones, based on the professional and personal credentials.
- Skills and Requirements:
- Working understanding of payroll principles, practices, and procedures.
- Payroll and benefits experience required.
- Client payroll onboarding experience preferred.
- Accustomed to client facing communications
- Knowledge of Paylocity and PayCor platforms preferred
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- Superior verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines with proven time management skills.
