Skills and Requirements:
- Experience in BPO customer support (outbound and inbound) is must (at least 6 months); prefers property management/snow management/landscaping background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
- Proficiency in computer and MS tools
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated and committed to stay long with the team
