Contact Center Solutions Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • The focus of the role is to manage, maintain, and support Bright Pattern, ViciDialer and other contact center solution. Also manage, maintain, and support softphones.
  • Coordinate with Bright Pattern, APN, Developers, and technical team for upcoming and recent projects.
  • Coordinate with Operations Manager, Account Manager, Training and Quality for client project.
  • Able to introduce to clients what is the latest trends we can offer for our Bright Pattern and Vici contact center solution to their current needs.


Skills and Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in information Technology/Computer/Electronic and Communication Engineering
  • Required Skill: Hands-on experience in setup and configuring softphones like Zoiper and 3CX. Also experience in setup and configuring contact center solutions such as Bright Pattern and VICIDial.
  • At least 2 years of direct experience with Telephony and Dialer setup, configuration, and support
  • Experience in setup on-premise and cloud PBX or any related telephony system
  • Preferably Supervisor/Officer - for the team lead position.
  • For both team lead and assistant positions - Employees specializing in IT/Computer Software or Equivalent.
