Customer Service Representatives

Responsibilities:
- Collect, review, and validate all required documents and information from borrowers, including income, employment, credit reports, and property details.
- Conduct a comprehensive review of loan files to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with loan officers, fellow account managers, account executives, underwriters, clients, and third-party service providers to address inquiries and provide status updates.
- Prepare and submit complete loan packages to underwriting for approval.
- Work collaboratively with underwriters to clear any loan conditions and obtain final loan approval.
- Coordinate the closing process, including ordering and reviewing title reports, scheduling closings, and ensuring all necessary documents are prepared.
- Ensure all loan files comply with federal and state regulations and investor guidelines.
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
- Previous experience in loan processing, customer service, or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, organizational abilities, and proficiency in relevant software/tools
- Empathetic, client-focused, proactive, and a team player
